Writing to Communicate
- We appreciate concise and straightforward means of communication. In the past, all information with 4W1H (What, Where, When, Who, How) to be communicated in EVOC must be clearly written down on a piece of paper, then passed to whoever was concerned. Nowadays, internet is the major means of communication, and e-mails have long replaced the paper. We believe the sayings of "oral expressions can not be taken as evidence";"words of mouth alone don't carry conviction”. Only when the matter is clearly stated, delivered to and understood by the right person can it be solved.
